Two-factor authentication

Add a second step to your Sharity login.

Anyone with dashboard access can see donor emails and gift amounts. Turn on two-factor authentication (2FA) for every teammate.

  1. Go to Settings → Account → Manage account.

  2. Open security / multi-factor authentication.

  3. Add an authenticator app or another supported method.

  4. Save backup codes somewhere safe (not in Slack or email).

Require 2FA for Admins and Owners. If you lose access, use backup codes or your email recovery path — support cannot complete 2FA for you.
