Auto-add donors to a list from a campaign

Link a campaign so every completed gift joins a supporter list.

  1. Create the list under Supporters → Lists.

  2. Open the campaign → Settings.

  3. Under Supporter lists, choose the list and click Link list.

When a donation completes, that donor is added once per list. External/WooCommerce orders that land as completed donations follow the same rules.

Pair this with Emails → Automations using the Added to supporter list trigger for a thank-you or welcome sequence (Starter and Growth).
