Widget doesn’t load on my site

Blank iframe, blocked embeds, and mixed-content issues.

  1. Confirm the widget is saved and linked to a campaign.

  2. Confirm the campaign still has fundraising enabled.

  3. Paste the snippet on a blank HTML page to rule out your CMS.

  4. Serve your site over HTTPS. A page on http:// cannot reliably load an https:// embed (mixed content).

  5. Some hosts strip iframes — use a Custom HTML / embed block and allow iframes.

  6. Try a private browser window (ad blockers rarely block Sharity, but extensions can).

  7. If a Donation List should open a map on another page, confirm the header script is on the map page.
