Sharity sends email through your mail provider (SMTP). Until SMTP is connected, donation confirmations and email campaigns cannot send.
Go to Emails. If SMTP is not set up yet, complete the onboarding wizard (or open Emails → Settings after it is connected).
Choose a provider:

Mailgun | Verify your domain and copy SMTP credentials from Mailgun. |
Custom | Use your host’s SMTP (cPanel, SiteGround, Microsoft 365, and so on). Port is usually 587. |
Enter from name and from email. The from address should be allowed by that provider (domain alignment avoids spam folders).
Save and send a test.
SMTP passwords are stored encrypted. You will not see the password again after saving.
Starter and Growth include email campaigns and automations. Confirmation emails are available once SMTP is connected, including on lower plans.
