Go to Widgets and choose Basic Form.
In Setup, name the widget and link it to a campaign.
In the form step, choose fields (amount, name, email, dedication text, and so on).
Style colors, fonts, and branding to match your site.
Save, then copy the embed code or share link.
Until the widget is linked to a campaign, it cannot collect donations. Preview in the builder before publishing to your site.
On Free, Basic Form and Donation List are the core embed types. Spark and above unlock Interactive Experience and donor photos.
