Donor photos require Spark or higher, and the widget must have photos enabled.
Default mode is require approval — check Overview for pending photos and approve them.
Rejected or hidden photos never appear on the map or list.
If storage is full (Settings → Storage), new uploads fail.
Only one photo per dedication is supported.
If auto-publish is on and photos still missing, confirm the dedication was not a test gift and that you are looking at the same campaign’s widget.
