On Spark and above, Interactive Experience and related widgets can allow one photo per dedication.
Moderation modes
Set this on the widget:
Require approval (default) — the dedication can appear without the photo until you approve it
Auto-publish — the photo is visible immediately; you still can hide or reject later
Your organization is responsible for content donors submit. Sharity provides review tools but does not pre-screen every upload.
Review queue
Pending photos appear on Overview. Approve, reject, hide, or remove them there. Rejected or hidden images do not show on the public map or donation list.
Donor photos count toward Settings → Storage. If you are near the plan limit, remove unused images or upgrade.
