Go to Donations in the sidebar.
You can:
Filter by campaign, status (completed, pending, failed, or all), and date range
Search by donor name or email
Switch cards and table views
Sort (newest first by default)
Totals at the top reflect the current filters (amount raised and count). Open a gift for more detail. External gifts (for example WooCommerce) show a source badge and order id.
Export a finance copy from Reports, not from this list — Reports is built for CSV.
