Stripe Connect reports two flags:
Charges enabled — donors can pay (cards, and ACH when that method is available)
Payouts enabled — Stripe can send money to your bank
Sharity treats onboarding as complete only when both are on (and Stripe’s onboarding status is complete). If charges work but payouts are off, money can sit at Stripe until you finish identity or bank verification.
Open Payments and continue onboarding, or click Sync if you just finished in Stripe and the dashboard has not updated yet.
